NYC DOB 4 Hour Supported User & Refresher Course
To use or work on a Supported Scaffold in New York City, an individual must successfully complete 4 hours of User Training. NYC DOB 8 Hour Site Safety Coordinator Course
This is an abridged version of the 40 hour Site Safety Manager Course and provides a comprehensive understanding of Chapter 33 and the NYC rules pertaining to public protection. This 8 hour course provides construction on major buildings training in order to protect the public, the workers and adjoining properties as per OSHA requirements.
NYC DOB 16 HOUR SUSPENDED SCAFFOLD USER COURSE
To use or work on a Suspended Scaffold in New York City, an individual must successfully complete 16 hours of user training. Students will gain basic knowledge of the use and safe practices of suspended scaffold equipment. This course emphasizes accident prevention, safety hazards, equipment practices and inspections, and the general principles of fall arrest systems.
NYC DOB 8 HOUR FALL PREVENTION
Students will become generally familiar with terms associated with falls in construction. Trainees will be able to recognize, avoid, and prevent fall hazards from causing harm. Trainees should become aware of regulatory safety requirements associated with falls, including OSHA’s Subpart M. Trainees will learn how to make informed decisions when working at heights.
32 HOUR SUPPORTED SCAFFOLD ERECTOR & REMOVER
To install or remove a supported scaffold in New York City, an individual must successfully complete this 32 hour training course.

30 Hour OSHA Course
In accordance with Local Law 196, all demolition and construction workers must complete 30 Hours of OSHA Training. Included in this program are training of awareness of site hazards, evading the issues, employer’s responsibilities and worker’s rights.
10 Hour OSHA Course
This course outlines basic site principles such as highlighting workplace safety and wellness, the importance of acknowledging hazardous threats on site, being cognizant of workers’ rights, learning how to properly file complaints, and understanding corporation’s responsibilities.
